I’ve enjoyed working in real estate my entire career, and I’ve grown alongside my clients at the same time. From starter condos and first homes, family residences to downsizing suites. Every step of the way, people have trusted me to steer them in the right direction.
A Little About Me…
I have spent my entire career in real estate. Coming from a family that knows how to buy and sell – with my mother, Harriet “Sis” Bunting Weld, still in the business – I have both grown alongside the Toronto market as well as with my clients.
As a lifelong resident of Forest Hill, Toronto has always been my home. I’ve enjoyed being able to get to know more about the areas and the neighbourhoods within them. These days, I love being able to show someone how they can make Toronto special for them.
It sounds like a cliché, but it is the truth: no two days are the same in the world of real estate, and that’s what I love about it! Working in this industry is about knowing the homes, the neighbourhoods, but most importantly, knowing the people.
From starter condos and first homes to family residences and downsizing suites, people have always trusted me to steer them in the right direction – and for that, I am both grateful and proud.
When it comes to finding the perfect home, finding someone who will help you search, locate, consider, and get the right one for you is pivotal. That’s because it’s not only about where you live, it’s about where you feel most at home.
In my spare time, I enjoy horseback riding with my daughter, travelling the world, fine wine, golf, and gardening. You also might find me in and around Toronto at various charitable events giving back to the place we call home.
I love to travel the world, but Toronto has always been home. You can find me around the city at various charitable events, playing golf, or riding twice a week with my daughter, up until recently at Sunnybrook Stables, and lately The Horse Palace and Hat Trick until Sunnybrook is up and running again.
My name is Hannah von Gemmingen. I’ve worked in real estate my entire life, and as Leeanne’s Administrative Assistant the work I do helps Leeanne to build better relationships with her clients.
My focus is on research, planning, coordinating, and advertising – based on an approach that covers all the angles, I work on everything from scheduling appointments to helping create effective marketing materials for listings.
One of the best parts of my job is doing comparative market analyses. As someone who loves research and historical data, I love the opportunity to take relevant data, dive deep into it, and glean insights for clients.
I also ensure that Leeanne’s business runs smoothly, and that all the behind-the-scenes work is done so that your experience is a great one, and you don’t have to stress about the finer details.
I love Toronto. All it takes is a 5-minute drive in just about any direction, and you’re somewhere entirely new – with different shops, settings, and homes. I love that we have so many special enclaves within what already feels like a small city.
"I am happy to say that I work with some of the best in the business. Whether it's lawyers, tradespeople, stagers, or photographers, when we work together you always get the best."
